1. Who We Are

We’re Unspoken Signals. We provide communication and leadership training, behavioural audits, and team development services.

 

2. Using Our Website

By using our site, booking our services, or downloading anything, you’re agreeing to these terms.

Don’t copy, reproduce or steal our content. We’ve worked hard on it.

 

3. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed in writing (email is fine).
• Payment is due in advance unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may attract interest or service pauses.

 

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Workshops or Sessions: 7 days’ notice required for cancellations.
• No-shows or late cancellations = full fee charged.
• We’ll always try to reschedule if something urgent comes up.

 

5. Our Services

We aim to be accurate, honest, and useful, but results aren’t guaranteed. How you apply the training is up to you.

We are not therapists, lawyers or medical professionals.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, diagrams, PDFs, and frameworks we create remain ours unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing.

Don’t resell, repackage, or publish anything without permission.

 

7. Data Protection

We’re GDPR-compliant and registered with the ICO. Your data is handled securely. See our Privacy Policy for the full lowdown.

 

8. Liability

We’re not liable for:

• Loss of income, data, or opportunities
• Any decisions made based on our content or advice
• Interruptions beyond our control (e.g., internet outages)

 

9. Legal Stuff

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be settled in English courts.
