Freddie Lovett■
Freddie wasn’t born an expert communicator. At three months old, he was struck by viral encephalitis, a brain-swelling virus so rare it affects just one in 500 million. It left him temporarily blind and caused lasting damage to his memory. School became a relentless uphill battle. In reading, writing, and speech, he was always behind. Exams were brutal, and progress was slow. But while he couldn’t rely on academic ability, he developed something far more useful:
the ability to decode the unspoken signals around him. Through tone of voice, body language, and emotional shifts, he learned to spot what others missed.
Turning that survival instinct into practical actions at such a young age became the foundation of his unique leadership style.
